Queries and ServicesOur Family Files have information on the families of our area. You are invited to add to this file with your own research. The Query Index, a 3" x 5" card file, is alphabetical by the ancestor's name, with name and address of the researcher. If you would like to add to this file, supply ancestor's name, date and place of birth, death, and marriage, and spouse's name (or whatever of these is known), your name and address. Our Library will answer simple queries through the mail. The fee for 30 minutes research is $5.00 (to the Cherokee Regional Library). Unfortunately, we are not equipped to answer queries on Native American ancestry at this time. Photocopies are 25 cents each, from paper or 50 cents from microfilm.
